We offer reliable and timely shipping across the United States. All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via customers selection and checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to many international destinations. Please review the following terms before placing your order:
Import Duties & Taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be applied by your country’s regulations.
- These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are not the responsibility of USGeo Supply, Inc.
- We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
International Shipping Terms
- Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, international transit issues, or carrier disruptions.- If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, we may deduct original shipping costs and any return fees from your refund.- We do not offer refunds for lost or significantly delayed international orders unless insured shipping is selected.
Express Shipping:
* Transit times via FedEx or UPS are based on business days. For example, an order shipped on Friday via Overnight will arrive on Monday while 2-Day Air will arrive on Tuesday. Please note that these services are not always guaranteed by UPS/FedEx and some orders may arrive later than their intended delivery date. Express shipping requests do not expedite the lead time for back-ordered items.
